NEW: Enhanced Send Recognition Form
Employees are busier than ever these days. That’s why WorkTango has simplified our mobile app experience to make it easy for employees to recognize and reward colleagues while on the go.
All “Send Recognition” fields are now visible within the WorkTango mobile app. Employees can send a GIF via mobile, and are able to select up to 50 recipients to send a recognition to. So wherever your team members are located, no matter if they’re working from home or commuting to an office, recognition is now only one click away

We've reimagined our Incentives module to include even more options for customization, gamification, and delegation to help you build an Incentives program that drives your business and engagement needs, is easy to manage, and is fun for your team. New tools in our web platform are now available in mobile including catalogs, claim caps, scheduled start and end dates, and new branding opportunities. The release also includes quality of life and bug fix updates to the platform.
