To improve this communication between our customers and LiBCycle is the purpose of this app. After contacting us directly via mail or phone, we can arrange contract details and provide you with login details for the app. This then allows you to request transports via a simple form, which gives us all the information we need for a successfull battery transport.

The app also features convenience feature such as a "Favorite" - system, which speeds up the ordering process in case the same or similiar transports are requested multiple times.

The app will also allow you to keep track of your past orders, the details about them and their current status.
