What is LineHack?

LineHack is a virtual queue management technology that eliminates physical line build-up outside of stores.


How does LineHack work?

Through a combination of reservations made in advance as well as daily standby lines, LineHack allows businesses to take their physical lines and make them entirely virtual, improving customer satisfaction and driving increased retail foot traffic.

- Reservations in advance - app users can reserve a spot online for grocery stores up to a week in advance to ensure a designated time slot to shop

- Standby lines - in the same way that normal lines function, and similar to a deli counter structure, app users can additionally enter a standby line once stores open each day in order to reserve a spot in a virtual line.

- Wait times - based on the number of people currently in the virtual line, LineHack can tell users how long their expected wait is before they join the virtual queue.
