About Math Fire
Math fire is based on the concept of learning by playing.
Aim of the Game: For children and adults to enjoy additions and improve their speed at additions.
Elements of the Game:
Interactive Elements in the Game - A volcano spewing out a number ball at regular intervals
A Series of Numbered Balls - Once launched, these balls move towards a Black Hole.
An Interactive Arrow - This arrow aims in the direction the user touches the screen.
Rules of the Game:
Once the entire series of numbered balls are launched, pick up a numbered ball spewed out of the volcano and hit the numbered ball. Make sure that the total of the volcano spewed ball and the ball you hit is equal to 10. Example: If the ball which is spewed out of the volcano is 4, then aim for the numbered ball 6. Hit it, so it escapes the Black Hole.
If there are two 6 numbered balls in succession, hit one. This will result in saving both the 6 numbered balls from disappearing into the Black Hole. This will earn you bonus points.
As the number of balls reduces in the series, it becomes a challenge to find the correct combination from the volcano balls. Add that ball back to the series to increase your score. Example: There are only 5 balls left in the series. They are numbered 1, 2, 4, 6, 7. However, you don’t see either 9 or 8 or 6 or 4 or 3 from the volcano. You see 1, 2, or 5. Don’t waste 1, 2 and 5 numbered balls. Aim them and add them to the series, so that you have more balls in the outer ring. This will also earn you bonus points.
