About Medical Practice Game

Deze serious game-omgeving is ontwikkeld voor en door zorgprofessionals. Het belangrijkste doel in deze serious game is om kennis te vergroten over specifieke casuïstiek toegespitst op uw specialisme, de juiste diagnose te stellen en bijbehorende behandeltrajecten uit te voeren. De eerste casuïstiek is gericht op het specialisme oncologie. De Medical Practice Game is mogelijk gemaakt door Pfizer.

U krijgt verschillende patiënten in uw virtuele praktijk/polikliniek. U als zorgprofessional speelt op diverse vlakken een cruciale rol in de zorg voor u patiënten. In een MDO wordt elke patiënt besproken en wordt een behandelplan vastgesteld. Daarna volgt een intake met de virtuele patiënt en voert u het behandelplan uit.

Tijdens elke casus krijgt u informatie over verschillende onderwerpen met betrekking tot bijvoorbeeld borstkanker of andere ziektebeelden. De inhoud is ontwikkeld door artsen en gebaseerd op de actuele richtlijnen.
