Fixes crash problem on iOS 7.
Thank you for your patience waiting for this update. My wife and I have a new baby who was born early and has finally come home after 11 weeks in NICU. As you can imagine, iOS upgrade work takes a back seat to taking care of family!

- "Marks" button in Keen, Towers, Unequal to fill in all pencil marks
- "Hints" button in Unequal erases all "obvious" pencil marks (on easy settings, this may solve the puzzle completely!)
- "Jumble", "Centre", and "Shift" (for wrapping puzzles) in Net
- Ability to erase cells in Filling (with "0" button)
- New "Generating puzzle" indicator appears if puzzle generation takes time
- Add "Help" button to game type screens for easy reference
