With 24/7 vet support and personalized content, think of it as one, easy place to get answers to your many dog and cat parenting questions. No stressing. No second-guessing. No “stupid” questions.

The Kin features:
-24/7, unlimited access to licensed vets. Get advice and answers on health, behavior, and nutrition from our on-call vets—anytime, anywhere.
-Support over chat, phone, email, and video. Talk with vets whichever way works best for you—and even schedule calls ahead of time.
-Vaccine reminders and record storage. We’ll upload, organize, and store vaccine records for easy access—and send upcoming dose reminders.
-Personalized pet parent content. Our experts will handpick articles for you and your pet, so you can make more informed decisions.
-Flexible subscriptions. Cancel and restart your subscription to The Kin anytime (and renew anytime) directly through the app.

Subscription & Renewal details
-Ongoing subscription: When you subscribe, you agree to an automatically renewing subscription at the price and interval you select when you sign up. This helps us give you uninterrupted access.
-Authorization & Billing: You also authorize us to charge your provided payment method on a recurring basis until cancellation. You can always update payment details in your account settings too.
-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription term on your designated "renewal date."
-Cancellation policy: Cancel at least 24 hours before your next renewal date through the app settings. Otherwise, you’ll be charged for a new month and your cancellation will go into effect for the next month.
