About Transtar Travel
Transtar Travel is no new player in the market. We are a Singapore incorporated company specialising in coach travel and tours, and has been serving customers since 1994. Indeed, we have become one of the leading express coach companies in Singapore, plying routes from Singapore to major cities in Malaysia.

As we celebrates our 10th year anniversary, Transtar Travel has gained a following of loyal clients who turn to us for our excellent service and quality. The awards we have garnered over the years, such as the Top Agency Honor award by Genting Highlands Resort World Berhad, are clear testaments to what we stands for.
Other prestigious awards include: NATAS' Active Member Award, Golden Legacy Hotel Melaka's Outstanding Agent Award, Star Cruise's Excellence Award, the Century Hotels Malaysia Top Achievers Award and the Awana Hotels & Resorts' Top Singapore Operator award.

But while it takes hard work to win awards, we aint' resting on our laurels. We are constantly improving to meet market demands. Take our recent coach service launch, for example. The new First Class Edition 2004/05 fleet of Top-of-the-line coaches was developed to meet the needs of customers who wanted faster and more luxurious coach travel.
At Transtar Travel, the customer comes first and the company is always on the lookout to improve customer satisfaction. Our drive towards excellence has helped us achieve several milestones. We are the first express coach company to attain the ISO standard of quality certification. We were also the first to pioneer the 26 seater Super VIP coach and one of the first to introduce an online coach reservation service. And with passenger safety in mind, Transter Travel also led the industry in launching its first express coach fitted with seat belts.
