Si vous voulez exporter tous les évènements de votre agenda dans un fichier Excel, et pouvoir le modifier sur votre ordinateur ou bien le partager avec vos ami(e)s pour qu’ils puissent les importer dans leur propre calendrier, xCalendar est l’application qu’il vous faut.
xCalendar export chacun de vos évènements depuis votre IPhone/IPad jusqu’à un fichier Excel, récupérable par E-mail, connexion USB (ITunes), Wi-Fi ou même Dropbox.
Vous pourrez alors modifier et consolider facilement votre emploi du temps sur votre ordinateur, en utilisant une application compatible Excel (Excel, Numbers, OpenOffice,…).
Importer votre emploi du temps est facilement réalisable. Vous pouvez importer un fichier Excel dans votre IPhone/IPad depuis un E-mail, une connexion USB (ITunes), Wi-Fi ou bien Dropbox.
Avec ces importations, xCalendar peut mettre à jour les évènements existants et en créer d’autres.

Fonctionnalités incluses :

1. Exporter tous vos évènements, depuis tous les calendriers disponibles (Local, Exchange, CalDAV, Anniversaire, Souscription).
2. Regrouper vos évènements multiples en un seul évènement.
3. Exporter chacun des champs des évènements de votre IPhone, y compris le titre, la localisation, les dates, les heures, les alertes, la récurrence, etc.
4. Est compatible avec le format Excel 97-2003 (.xls). C’est le format Excel le plus utilisé. Vous pouvez utiliser MS Office 2003/2007/2010, OpenOffice.org, MAC Office, MAC Numbers pour ouvrir et modifier vos fichiers.
5. Permet de garder une copie de secours de son agenda dans Dropbox.
6. Exporter votre calendrier par E-mail. C’est un moyen facile pour partager votre agenda personnel avec vos ami(e)s.
7. Exporter des évènements dans un fichier Excel, importable dans Outlook.
8. Importer des évènements depuis un export Excel d’Outlook (disponible uniquement dans la version complète).
9. Importer vers iCloud ou le Calendrier Exchange.
10. Importer un grand nombre d’évènements en quelques secondes.
11. Pré visualiser les évènements pendant leur importations.

The app added two columns in the excel file, one is “Identifier”, another is “Delete”, “Identifier” is the unique key of the event, it is used by the app to find and update the event when importing. For the new event, just keep it blank.
If you want to delete an event, just enter “Yes” in the “Delete” cell.
