Mistakes happen. Sometimes we use 12 herbs and spices instead of 11 just to test the waters. In this case, 11 is definitely the magic number. We failed! But who knows, maybe another Colonel/Commander/General will take pity on our struggle to make the perfect recipe for success. In the meantime, we'll keep trying!

In our last release you can share files from your email, photos, Cloud or Drive to the Expenses app with just a few taps. Just open the receipt or mileage document on your phone - can be a PDF or a photo - and tap the Share or Send to button where Xero Expenses will now be listed as one of the options to share into.
Once shared, Expenses will automatically create the claim in the background, and if receipt analysis is enabled for non-mileage claims, fill it in with the receipt information and will notify you once the claim is ready to be submitted.

With this release we are adding the ability to upload PDF files. These PDF files can be attached to existing claims and can also be submitted for automatic transcription just like our other supported file types (PNG/JPG). To access your devices' PDFs just tap the new document file icon on the left in the usual camera view.
