* Fixed issue on iPhone 6s / iOS 9 causing the game controls to fail. This was caused by a slight change in how the device's "touch" events are provided to Fragmental.

Added support for iPhone 5 screen ratios. This avoids the letterbox display (with black at the top and bottom of the screen) and hides the status bar at the top.
This update also resolves a bad issue for iPhone 5 users, which occurred after the most recent update. Thanks to Oscar for reporting this issue right away!
