Fragmental 3D - Build Lines with Falling Blocks!

* Fixed screen-size issue on iPad devices, caused by a change in API behavior for iOS 8+.

* Fixed issue on iPhone 6s / iOS 9 causing the game controls to fail. This was caused by a slight change in how the device's "touch" events are provided to Fragmental.

* Fixed issue on iOS 7+ causing the game text to have slightly incorrect positioning.

* Increased minimum required iOS version to 6.0 (from 4.3).

Added support for iPhone 5 screen ratios. This avoids the letterbox display (with black at the top and bottom of the screen) and hides the status bar at the top.

This update also resolves a bad issue for iPhone 5 users, which occurred after the most recent update. Thanks to Oscar for reporting this issue right away!

Fixed bug causing the "force drop" slider to behave incorrectly on the iPhone 5. Thank you to the Fragmental players who reported the issue!

- Removed support for OpenFeint.
- Added support for GameCenter.

OpenFeint will officially shut down its servers on December 14, 2012. We are attempting to obtain the data for Fragmental's high scores and lifetime player stats.
