About FreeCell Solitaire Classic Card Game

WHAT IS FREECELL SOITAIRE?
Freecell is a variation of the classic Solitaire formula. It’s still all about building up all cards from low (Ace) to high (King). The final piles must be stacked in the “Free Cells” on the top right corner of the screen. In the end you have four piles with 13 cards each and an otherwise empty playing field.

HOW DO YOU PLAY IT?
What’s special about Freecell is that each pile you have to build in these free cells must ascend from Ace to King in identical suit. So in the end you will have one pile full of Spades, one full of Hearts, one with Diamonds and one with Clubs.

Of course all these cards are randomly spread across the eight columns you see before you at the beginning.

WHAT DO THE OTHER FOUR FREE CELLS ON THE LEFT DO?
Those are meant to aid you in your quest to free all the right cards to build up your stacks on the right. Here you can temporarily store cards from the playing field if there is an important card caught under them and there is no other possibility to move them out of the way. But store cards there carefully, because you may not be able to bring them back into the game immediately again. It’s all about a well thought-out strategy.

On the playing field you can move single cards around just like in the classic Solitaire version. For example you can attach a red six to black seven in another column.

HINTS:
- Focus on the Aces in the beginning. It all starts with them.
- Try to keep the free cells free as long as possible
- Try to solve each column successively
- Create new columns with the highest possible card on top
