We know... we know... you've been waiting for this one for way too long. So long that we've forgotten the last time we shipped an iOS update. But you know what? We've got loads packed with this version, so we hope you'll forgive us for making you wait the wait.

Here's what's new: date fields now work in the app, a brand new customers screen that shows all the fields you've set up, and even lets you edit them, and a share button that allows you to share tickets with other apps (useful for those times when you want to ping someone on Hangouts and ask for quick help).

And that's not all! The app now magically groups notifications together based on ticket ID, and we'll now warn you when someone else has already responded to a ticket you're trying to respond to.
