FretBay Description

The FretBay mobile application for carriers and customers has been redesigned. It has been redesigned in its entirety for people wishing to move or send/receive household goods or other goods in order to facilitate the organization of their moves. The application also allows movers/carriers to benefit from new features such as the optimization of their routes.

Customers :
FretBay instantly finds you the cheapest transport or moving companies. It's the ideal solution to book a truck and arms for short or long duration and distance.

Whether you need a driver with a truck for a furniture transport or for a move, FretBay is the ideal solution. FretBay connects you with the professional moving companies around you. With the largest European network of 8000 transport and moving companies, FretBay allows you to request them in a few clicks at attractive prices.

Do you need help?
Contact us: By email at support@fretbay.com or by phone at 518889422 (cost of a local call).

Carriers :
No more sending documents by email or by post to validate your registration with FretBay. It is now possible for the carrier/mover partner to submit these legal documents directly via the mobile application in a few clicks.

Filing quotes is much more intuitive and quicker with the auto-filling of the customer's desired loading and delivery dates. However, if you can't meet the customer's dates you will only have to modify the necessary information before validating your quote.

Searching for transportation is much easier and more intuitive. The search filters and their saves are now available via the mobile application.

Don't miss your customers anymore. New transport requests will be sent directly to your cell phone via notification.

We have introduced a brand new messaging system to facilitate communication with your FretBay customers.
