Welcome to the Funeral Marketplace!
The Funeral Marketplace is the largest and most complex marketplace for the configuration of funeral and funeral care in Germany. It enables the bereaved to make personal decisions about the design of a funeral at any point in time, from anywhere in the world.
As a funeral director, you have the opportunity to shop centrally, acquire customers online and set up your own shop.

With our app, you have full access to all functionalities of the Funeral Marketplace: from the information mode - in which you as a company can inform yourself about current news and offers and buy products centrally & directly from vendors - to the management of your mandates (death cases) and the presentation of your company with your own shop.

On the Funeral Marketplace you have access to our extensive product database with all products from the most important vendors and manufacturers in the industry: from the cemetery to the cremation service to the urn and the coffin, all products and offers for the configuration of a funeral are included.

* Your own Shop *
As a funeral director, you have the chance to create your own company shop: present your company and your offers and services. Your clients can then discover your services and offerings in your shop and add individual products and offers to their wish list - in a consultation or at home.
In the customer consultation, you can use the mandate/presentation mode to present your contents elegantly and simply, without having to log out and log in again.
* Mandates/Deaths management *
You will also find a complex deaths management system on our platform - we call it the *mandates management*. When creating a new mandate, you can save and reuse various information about it. Fill in data like the profile: personal data of the mandate with information on the deceased, but also the bereaved / contact person.
There's also the *document area*: upload various documents and share them directly from within the app with vendors on the Funeral Marketplace or outside of it. If your customer wants to make use of a vendor's services and the vendor needs their death certificate, you can share it with them and other vendors directly from within the app.
We're currently expanding the *form area*. You can create new forms - from the application for cremation to the application for a death certificate at the registry office. More forms are constantly being added.
When you fill out a form and it needs information about the mandate, it will be pre-filled with the data you have already entered in the mandate's profile.
Entered once, used over and over again; never again enter data redundantly!
