GSL is a company headquartered in New York that founded in Delaware State, USA. As Delaware State is one of the reciprocal nations for foreigners acquiring land in Taiwan, the companies in Delaware State have the right to invest real estates and stocks in Taiwan or set up a branch company or subsidiary company in Taiwan. Hence, the GSL Taiwan branch company was founded in 2011 after assessment.

For over 7th years, GSL has always managed the quality of inspection, assurance and testing with the value of speciality, integrity and meticulosity. Additionally, GSL assists clients with their product evolution and dedicated to the future economic development of Taiwan.

GSL has a strict and professional training program to continuous improve the quality of testing personnel. Furthermore, GSL endeavours to constitute electronic worksheets in order to reduce human error in data entry. Based on integrated materials & products testing experiences and state-of-the art facilities, GSL is capable to apply them to the wide scope of inspection and development of materials in different production stages. In effect, GSL is also able to support clients with their raw materials, manufacturing processes and products with the purpose of helping them to control and ensure the quality of whole production line.

GSL material testing laboratory quality, technique and ability were approved under rigid requirement and was accredited as a qualified laboratory by TAF (Taiwan Accreditation Foundation). GSL had enhanced the laboratory quality and technical skills after the evaluation of the TAF professionals from industry, official and university. GSL endeavours in cultivating talent, strengthen trustworthiness, spreading of information, expanding internationally and raising competitiveness of laboratory.
