We are hard at work on a major feature that many of you have asked for. In the meantime here are some more updates:

- Improved stability of the app significantly during workout sessions to keep it from closing after locking the iPhone screen or switching to a different app
- Fixed exercise refresh for users who weren't getting new exercises after their exercise refresh interval had passed. Please re-check your workout plan settings to set how often you want to get new exercises.
- Fixed Reverse Plate Curls Animation Bug
- Added more share and save options for pre and post workout photos

We continue on our quest to making GymStreak your favourite gym app. In this update we have mostly performance enhancements to make the app more responsive :

- Modified some UI elements slightly to make it more performance optimised to make UI more responsive and use less of the CPU.
- Removed a background process from a third party library that was causing the app to sometimes get shut in the background during a workout. This may still happen but hopefully less frequently.
- Made some enhancements to how some background code is run to make consume less battery during workouts
- Made completing sets more responsive when selecting the completed set checkmark button
- Changed how rest time is performed to allow for multiple sets to be logged simultaneously. This also means that the true rest time is no longer logged, there is an assumption that you performed the rest time as recommended. This change also prevent some crashes/bugs that were happening with regards to the rest timer.
- Added option in settings to turn off pre and post workout photo prompts when starting/finishing workouts

Following the last update our backend analytics now show us that over 99.5% of all app session are now crash free! Woohoo! But we will still continue digging away at the 0.5%, we want to make sure that we have as close to a crash free app as possible.

CRASH FIX UPDATE: In this update, the bug fixes continue, over the course of the next few days, we are going to be releasing updates to address as many bugs as we can catch out here in the 2.0 wild wild west.

With such a large global user base of the app, it was impossible for us to catch all the bugs before we launched but we are working overtime to get them all sorted, so be rest assured that we see all the crashes in our system and are on the case.

+ Workout Calorie Expenditure Calculation : the app now shows an estimated number of calories burned at the end of a workout. Note: Limited research exists on precisely how much energy is expended during weight training so use this as a rough estimate (It is also likely to be an underestimate than an over estimate). The calculation is based on a study done by the Journal 'Medicine and Science in Sports and Exercise' and takes into account the length of the workout as well as your individual body metrics. Users of Apple Watch or any other heart rate tracking device during the workout will get a more accurate reading when integrated with Apple Health.

+ Fixed error that showed zero value on exercise history graph on current day logs.

+ Removed 'Per Arm' and 'Per Side' labelling on dumbbell and barbell exercises, allowing you to track your lifts however you wish
