Habit Application Description
The Habit app is developed as part of a joint federally funded research study from the University of Connecticut and Worcester Polytechnic Institute, led by Drs. Sherry Pagoto and Bengisu Tulu. The app is currently restricted for use in our own research studies. It allows users to track dietary temptations, weight, exercise. It provides problem solving opportunities to develop new habits that can help with weight management.

- "Nailed it" page input validation
- Weekly check-in changes
App changes as of 2/28/23:
- Weekly check-in changes
App changes as of 1/30/23:
- Fixes to exercise and reminder scheduling
- Fixes to Weekly Check-in reminder setting
- Fixed slip flow error pop-up
- Added client/server version number to the account page
App changes as of 1/26/23:
- Multiple exercises can be scheduled at the same time.
- Multiple habit reminders can be scheduled at the same time.
- Fixes to Weekly Check-in reminder setting
- Week displays now indicate number of planned reminders/exercises per day
- Future exercise notification defaults to 2 hours before workout.
App changes as of 1/3/23:
- Exercise Planner now displays two weeks of the calendar
- Changes on Insights Pages
- Reminder notifications indicate details of event being reminded
- Added "What is a temptation" info pop-up
- Reminder page after habit solution is selected
- Weekly check-in timing updated
- Future exercise reminders, with configurable duration before exercise in Notification Settings.
- Small UI language changes
