About HealthCheck by Stratum
"HeatlhCheck by Stratum is a Workforce Readiness application that allows Employees to perform at-home ""HealthChecks"" before they come to work. It ensures that workplaces are safe from infectious outbreaks while allowing the Organization to mitigate the risk of being the next ""infection cluster"". This, with the added benefit of knowing who is healthy and able to come to work, will allow companies to provide the best service to their customers with their workforce.
HealthCheck is intended only as an information gathering tool to help users and employers manage the safety of their locations, office, buildings or events by screening for common symptoms that may create an unsafe workplace or environment. HealthCheck is not designed or intended to replace the user's healthcare provider, and does not provide any therapeutic services to users. Users should, in all cases, work with their healthcare provider for care and treatment of any condition. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, you should dial the emergency services number, such as 9-1-1 in the US, immediately."

What’s New
New Design and User Experience: The entire application has been updated to a more modern experience that speeds your HealthChecks along and puts all of your data at your fingertips.
Passport: This feature is what we’re excited about. This feature allows our HealthCheck Guard application to confirm at your check is valid. The scanner can quickly read and validate your check to get you where you need to go faster. Better yet, you can share that QR code with anyone using your preferred method, whether it’s via Email, SMS/Text Message, or even via Collaboration tool like Microsoft Teams or Slack.
Extended Questions: We’ve added a few new questions to help organizations ensure that the places you check in at are doing their best to keep you and your family safe. We’ve adapted guidelines to align with updated Public Health Authority guidelines, and this update makes it easier to adapt your guidelines to your State or Country requirements.
Profile Management: We’ve added the ability to manage your profile inside the app, and we’re pretty happy about it. Password changes can now be done directly in the app, not on a separate web application.
