When a heartbeatz device is connected to the watch, the BLE broadcaster feature is enable in the phone so you can send your heart rate from the health app integration to a BLE enabled fitness console or app supporting BLE connections.
You can now choose to Save/Discard/Resume your health app integrated workout when your select END in the watch app. The watch app integrates with the Health app on your phone to track your workouts and close you activity rings.
