Hold Steady uses motion detection to help you train your arms' isometric hold. Used with or without wrist weights or a sports weapon, it allows a target shooter to improve stability of their hold after a lift or transition.

An excellent companion to your routine practice! Use Hold Steady with your Watch anywhere. Just a few minutes training per can make a difference. The difficulty level is set for both shake and twist of your grip.

Adjust the difficulty with the crown, tap the dial, and do your best holding the arm (with or without your sports weapon) after 3 second countdown! You'll know the round is completed when your Watch buzzes on your hand. The app then will show your time. Show More
