Space Release by organizer without cancelling meeting – Previously the only way to make a space available that you booked (i.e. a Room) but no longer needed was to cancel the entire meeting. You will now be able to release space they are not using without cancelling the meeting.

Meeting Space Suggestions – suggested meeting spaces will be displayed based on time and number of attendees to make it easier for you to find space that fit your needs.

Space Search Improvements – previously terms entered into search were only able to find rooms that began with entered search term. Search has been updated to be more comprehensive and include spaces that contain the entered search term anywhere in the name.

News Article Readability Improvement (iOS) – previously (on iPhone) the header image on news articles was fixed to the top of the screen and this limited the ability to scroll article content which made it difficult to read long articles. Update has been made to collapse the header at top of screen and open up much more space for to view article content.

Booking Usability Improvements – various usability improvements were made to booking and calendar features to help simplifying the way you schedule and manage your bookings. We will continue to optimize this experience to save you time and effort finding & booking space.

We've added an Employee Directory to the Community section of Host Work. You can search colleagues within your organization, view their availability along with their contact details. You can also select an available time and launch a meeting invite with just one tap.

We’re Growing

We have some amazing functionality and new features planned for Host Work in the coming year. In anticipations of these future developments, our engineering team has decided to sunset React Native and migrate Host Work to fully Native to better support our goals and provide better experiences for our users.
