Want to know your usual mood? You are welcome to install and use “How R U?” app. Choose one mood every day and get a piece of advice. The app also displays check-in statistics over past 30 days: how often you've been in “perfect”, “neutral” and “bad” state of mood. Looking through history allows to see mood swings and analyze what has negative and positive impact on your mood.

The full version of the app includes web-part for HR-managers and mobile part for employees. How R U? helps to:
