About HUUB
HUUB is a place where all forms of shared mobility come together. With HUUB you can easily book and use the latest electric cars and bikes to effortlessly travel to your destination. The fleet is regularly maintained and cleaned. A careless solution for companies and residences.
If you want to open a business and / or residential hub with us, we will create a HUUB spot on site. The HUUB-spot is home to our shared mobility fleet: HUUB e-Cars, HUUB e-Bikes and HUUB e-Scooters are available for use. All vehicles are maintained by HUUB and users can contact our excellent customer service for help.

Based on user feedback we have made a number of improvements. Thanks to our users for your patience and advice!
- If the connection with the Bluetooth lock fails, you can try again with another bike. This solves being ‘stuck’ in the app when starting your ride.
- We’ve added a flash light to the scanner, so you can also use HUUB in winter.
- Your bike number is displayed during your ride. This way it’s easier to find back your own HUUB bike.
- You have access to your settings and our helpdesk phone number, also during your ride.
- We’ve added a link to our answers to frequently asked questions in the support settings page.
- The flow for ending a ride has become shorter.
- Additional bug fixes and improvements to generally make life easier.

In this release we’ve added a lot of new features:
- Our new Bluetooth bicycle locks enable us to add City bikes and Cargo bikes to your HUUB spot.
- In settings you can now find and check your personal details.
- We have enabled Push Notifications, so you are reminded of an upcoming reservation, and in case you accidentally forgot to end your ride.
- You can label your ride as a ‘business ride’ to make it easier to declare rides to your employer.
- We have added our first Open HUUB spot and will be adding more! Open HUUB spots are available for all HUUB users.
- We are now able to handle multiple price plans per user, depending on the HUUB spot used and your plan.
- If you have a driver’s license that is not from the Netherlands, you can now use HUUB. We accept driver’s licenses from EU countries as well as international driver’s licenses.
- We’ve added the ability to claim vouchers. If you scan a Voucher, you can temporarily use HUUB for free. We will use these Vouchers at our events where you can get to know HUUB.

Booking and using HUUB got even easier! With this update you can easily choose the start and end time of your booking and if needed you can change your password. We also added some explanation about how to take a HUUB ride and how to reach us in case of any questions.
