The app has been redesigned, offering a slightly different user experience. Overall functionality, though, remains the same. Among the noticeable changes:
o The color scheme of the app is now red, and all icons in the navigation menu have been updated.
o The Pending Jobs section is now named "Job Approvals," and Pending Offers is now named "Offer Approvals."
o Users now swipe left and right on the screen to move from one item to another.
o Tabs have been removed from the app, as have the blue circular icons with candidate initials.
o When reviewing candidates, users can now tap a Job Details link for more information about the job. To filter search results, they can now tap a Filter link.

• Tapping the To-Do button will take you back to the home screen containing all of your To-Do's.
• Each offer on the Pending Offers page now shows the date the candidate applied to the job.
• Text fields used when you add notes to candidates or when you approve or decline a job or offer have an 800 character limit (including spaces and new lines). Subjects for notes on candidates also have a 100 character limit.

- You must now set up a passcode or Touch ID in order to use the app. The app will require a passcode or Touch ID after 15 minutes of inactivity for actions that communicate back to the iCIMS Talent Platform (e.g. candidate thumbs up/thumbs down review) and will also require a passcode or Touch ID after 30 days pass without opening the app.
- Thumbs Up/Thumbs Down Feedback Reasons can now be configured by your user admin in the iCIMS Talent Platform. If your user admin changes the default reasons, you will see their edits or new reasons when providing feedback on candidates in the app.
- You should now be able to see all Job and Offer Approvals in the app on which you are the current approver.
- If you are listed more than once in an approval chain for a job or offer, the approval will display in the app until you have completed all of your approvals for that job or offer.
