This version of the DAS Mobile App features new capabilities to help dealerships manage survey responses from customers. These include:

- Filtering of surveys by Sales or Service departments, and by individual employee.
- Sorting of surveys by positive or negative ratings.
- Notifications for only Sales or only Service survey responses.

General performance improvements and bug fixes have also been made.

This release includes brand new features with better alerts and the ability to draft or edit survey responses to be displayed online.

Improvements include:

1. Breaking News messages can now be customized on an individual dealer level, so your DAS team can send you individual alerts that are only specific to your store, as well as continue to send alerts to our full client base.

2. For all applicable customer surveys for GM dealers that are to be published on the dealer’s iMR website, dealers that want to write a response can now create your dealership response to surveys right in the mobile app (“response” doesn’t go to customer but is published online, dealers can always call or email customers from the survey in the app)

3. GM dealers that have opted for DAS to assist with survey responses will now see a “draft” survey response in conjunction with each appropriate survey and have the ability to edit and publish the response from the mobile app
• Surveys responses do not require edits or approval to publish and will be pushed “as is” if no action is taken by the dealership

4. Recent Activity updates (i.e. social posts, activity done by your digital specialist) will now have an alert option, but notifications will be set to “off” by default

5. iOS: Badge (number above app icon) increments will not display the actual number that correlates to unread alerts
• Badge also decrements by an appropriate number when items are read/sections accessed

6. Fix to ensure the “new” icon displays more consistently when a new post/survey/update is available for a particular section

More new features, including the ability to sort surveys by sales or services as well as by employee, are coming soon. Watch for more updates in the next few months and send your suggestions for new mobile app features to your DAS representative.
