This new features will aid you to send Job offer and contract directly from the company page and the applicant can accept or reject. Also when you recruit someone you can add them to your recruited page in iHRbox.

In this version, we have released new feature “iHR BOX” where all your Notes and meetings in the same place with a very beautiful design to make it much easier for you as a hiring manager.
in Vacancies we added who created the vacancy and the closing date so you can see everything from a single page from the candidate’s screen now you can filter by vacancies, candidates status, notes, journal, and favorite, also you can chat message the candidate from 1 single page.
and to make it easier we have re-designed the applicant profile page where you can create all action from a single tab + calling, message, add a note, even you can assign an applicant to user in your organization all of this from a candidate page.
furthermore, in this update, we’ve released a couple of usability and UX design improvements and corrected some minor errors as well.
