About Mathlands

Whether you’re a math whiz or numbers give you nightmares, Mathlands: Variable Unknown is a fast, fun game that will exercise your brain in a way you don’t want to stop.

This unique game features a series of puzzles, each of which requires you to complete several arithmetic equations. These equations start simple, but gradually increase in difficulty to keep you challenged and entertained every step of the way. Timers and completion notifications give you added motivation and help you track your progress in a way that pencil-and-paper work can’t.

As you move through each level, you will find your addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division skills sharpened and quickened. You’ll train your brain to perform mental math automatically, almost effortlessly, as you advance through the challenges and push yourself in a way that is at once stimulating and relaxing.

The atmosphere of the game, including its serene music and beautiful landscape backdrops, helps you focus and lowers anxiety so you can actually enjoy the process of learning. You’ll move through various realms, unlocking new ones as you improve and complete levels successfully. Each realm has its own natural theme that allows you to envision your mental progress in a real and satisfying way.

If you tend to think of arithmetic as a chore, you’ll be surprised to discover how quickly time can fly while you invest in your cognitive development. If, on the other hand, you already love doing math in your head, or if you get a deep sense of satisfaction from puzzle-solving, you’ll be thrilled to find a game made just for you.

Suitable for all ages and a broad array of skill levels, this is a game you can get hooked on without the guilt of wasting time, because you know that you are sharpening your brain instead of lulling it to sleep with mindless entertainment. This constructive tool can help those who:

- are learning addition, subtraction, multiplication, and/or division for the first time
- know they need to get better at mental math in order to succeed in school
- are seeking resources to help their children or students enjoy and practice math

- already excel in doing quick math in their heads, and would love an opportunity to show off their smarts

We hope you enjoy Mathlands: Variable Unknown! Be prepared to see quick progress in your mental math skills and overall cognitive ability, and to enjoy every minute of it!
