When you open the app
Every day when you open the app for the first time, we now encourage you to evaluate your pain. This gives you a brief moment to reflect on your pain and take notice of how your rehabilitation is coming along.

Today
You can now find your daily training program by tapping the 'Today' icon. From there, tap 'Start' to begin your exercises. Next to 'Start', you'll now find 'Weekly Goals'. Here you can earn medals every time you complete an exercise.

Today's exercises
Before you start your exercises you'll now see an overview of the required equipment for the training program of the day. The exercises are the same as always, but we improved the way we collect feedback.

Finally, we updated our stopwatch function, which you can use when you are performing time-based exercises.

You
Tap the 'You' icon to keep track of your overall progress. You can easily see if you are hitting your exercise goals, how your pain is developing over time, and your phase progression.

As a brand new feature, we added the option to enter a personal goal (e.g. “being able to go to work without pain”). We hope this will help you stay extra motivated while you treat your pain.

Settings
Tap the 'You' button and then the 'gear' icon in the upper right corner to manage your settings. Here you can add additional training programs, manage your notifications, manage the duration of your training sessions, and language settings.

New notifications settings
As a new feature, we added the option to receive reminders on select weekdays. Simply navigate to the settings menu and choose which weekdays you would like to receive notifications.

Improved tips
As always you can read tips about how to manage your injury in the app. We improved the design of our tips so you'll hopefully find them more enjoyable to read and helpful during your rehabilitation.
