Background mode tweaks:
We found that in the event that a transfer fails, the background mode was still attempting to send forms over and over, which had an adverse effect on battery life.
Made some minor improvements to the background mode to make it only attempt to send forms when there is data to send it.
After visiting an area with poor signal, it is recommended to re-open the app to re-enable form sending.
