About CINC Manager
CINC Manager has been fully redesigned and rewritten from the ground-up to provide you the best experience for recording and tracking Violation Inspections and Work Orders. Our new app, which will replace the current CINC Manager+ app, was designed by feedback from our clients and User Experience Design experts.
CINC Manager is a fully integrated application that works with CINC Systems for Violation Inspections, Work Orders, & ACC Requests. With CINC Manager, you are able to view, track, and update CINC Systems data in real-time. The CINC Manager is an all-in-one app that eliminates the need for you to take along printed reports, notepads, cameras, and pens. Since the data access is real-time, you do not need to type this information in later or upload it after you return to the office. All the information you need to make decisions are available to you on-site with CINC Manager.
Existing Features:
• View, update, or create new Violation Inspections and Work Orders on-site with real-time access to your CINC Systems data.
• Email communication directly within the app for Board/homeowner/vendor correspondence to provide better visibility and eliminate phone calls.
• Attach photos using your device camera or photo library to new or existing Violations and Work Orders. These photos can then be added to your violation letters or emailed to vendors for work orders to eliminate confusion and provide a better understanding of the service problem.

• You can now reopen a completed Work Order from the Property Details screen by swiping left on the Work Order or from the Work Order Details screen by tapping the Reopen Work Order button. A Note is required when reopening a Work Order.
• To improve efficiency, association downloads only contain the 10 most recent Work Order attachments in Offline Mode.

• Added Account Information to the CINC Manager settings where you can view the following:
• Site Name: The database you are currently logged into.
• User Name: First and last name of the currently logged in user.

• Open Violation Jobs: Displays the name of any open job for the currently logged in user along with the job ID and the association linked to that job.

We are happy to announce the release of Version 5.0 which introduces a brand-new settings experience. The Settings menu has been completely rewritten to make preference management easier. Tapping the settings gear, now available on all screens, will always takes you to a new main settings screen. Additional highlights of the new settings experience are:
• Added an About CINC Manager button to the CINC Manager Settings screen that displays app version information and privacy policy.
• Added a settings gear to the Common Area property screen that navigates users to the CINC Manager Settings screen.
