1. Expanded the "hit box" for the two % DDLs so that hitting the down arrow also opens the list.
2. Default the Program Fee to 11%
3. Changed the labels for the # of Bathrooms/Bedrooms to appear constantly, similar to Year Constructed. Included the "#" symbol in the label
4. Default the Year Built to 2005 when opening the list.
5. Removed the "auto lock" feature for the calculations when doing the override, changed it to just be a "Lock/Unlock Offer" checkbox at the bottom of the parameters.
