This app has been updated by Apple to display the Apple Watch app icon.

Improvements:
- Walking Farm® includes the ability to email a single farm lead, and sort by street name and house number, and "fast farm" quickly creates a farm area around any property (from a profile).
- Get directions to any property.
- When searching from map view, addresses will auto-complete while typing.

Bug Fixes: Farm reports missing in the last update may now be resolved.

NEW! Sync files & Walking Farms® between devices.
Add email addresses & phone numbers to Walking Farms® for easier followup.
Comp sales reports for property profiles now include an interactive comps map, and the ability to pull profiles on any comp.

MAIN FEATURES
- Interface is now “map centric” allowing the user to search profiles, and farm all from one place.
- Side menu provides easy access to navigate the app.
- Farm, Profiles, and Comp sales (within a profile) feature a new “Fast Facts” view with at-a-glance view of the neighborhood or property details.
- In-App Password Update: Users will be prompted when the password is expired and be able to update it directly from the app, with two easy taps.
- Tutorial Videos in-app
- In-app “Contact Support” instantly opens a ticket with Red Shed, and provides critical user details (such as device type, username, etc).


OTHER UPDATES
- Contact Rep syncs with device contacts to “Add contact”,
- From a profile, tapping “Payment Calculator” will pre-populate the property tax.
- Settings Screen makes it easier to update the user’s password by adding an “update” button below the login fields.


BUG FIXES

- Properties resulting in a “range” address (ex: 123-125 Main Street) are now able to be searched.
- Fixed intermittent crash when adding Use Code filters in Farm
- Users will now be notified if an attempt to save an update to a Farm Property fails,
- In some situations, the username and password fields on the Settings View would be empty. This has been fixed.

- Performance Enhancements

- NEW Tools! Calculators for payment (PITI) based on home price, or affordability based on desired monthly payment

- Walking Farm® updates include:
- Increased Report Size - now 1,000 (previously 500)
- Additional Lead Status (“On the Market”)
- When creating a farm area, a pin will be dropped on the map for the location entered in the search bar
- Walking Farm Map View Will indicate the user’s location if they are in the neighborhood
Note, Walking Farm may not available to all users in all areas.

- Report Sharing includes more options for saving and sending/sharing reports
