Background

After a breast cancer treatment many patient have fatigue related complaints. Programs exists to actively work on reducing and preventing these complaints. This program works a little different. Fatigue is amongst others influenced by your self-esteem. Through a simple training we will influence your self-esteem. We establish this by connecting positive words to yourself and negative words to another person. Your brain will thereafter make new connections which will make you feel vital instead of fatigued.

How to use the app

The training can be compared to a videogame. At the top and bottom of the screens categories are displayed. In the middle of the screen a word will appear. You are requested to drag the word to the proper category. Show More
