Big upgrade for creators who want to customize the user flow of their 3D presentations and disable the default JigSpace step control user interface. By combining interactive actions linking to steps and hiding the linear step controls, you can create unskippable learning content, clickable 3D prototypes, or just autoplay through your steps without users being able to skip or go-back.
In the new JigSpace app you can:
- Hide step control UI: Toggle ‘Hide step controls’ in Jig Info panel to hide the default step-based navigation user interface.
- Add interactive navigation: hide viewer controls and use ‘Go to Step’ actions to create custom interactive flows to your Jigs. Add quizzes or unskippable content (requires desktop app)
- Browse the free objects library’s new button category to make adding interactive navigation to Actions faster via ‘Go to step’ or ‘Go to URL’.

- Jig Presentations: Invite anyone in the room to watch your Jig from their device as you direct the presentation. Step through the Jig, control the orientation and highlight key features. (Remember you need to be on the latest version of the app and have updated your device to iOS 13 to be able to join.)
Fixes and improvements:
- Massive performance improvement: Your phone won't heat up as much and the experience should be a lot smoother on all devices, especially on big Jigs like the coral reef, and while using people occlusion if your device supports it.
- Fixed: The app would sometimes crash after placing a Jig on a surface, or exiting a Jig. This shouldn't happen anymore.
- Fixed: When starting a Jig Presentation, other people in the room would sometimes not receive an invitation to join. This works properly now.
- Fixed: In some rare cases, the camera would only show a white screen after opening a Jig. This very sneaky one should be fixed, but if you still experience this issue, simply restarting your app will fix it. Please email us at support@jig.space so we can investigate!
- Fixed: Incredible bug. Long story short, if you were in South Africa most of your Jigs would never show up. We're terribly sorry about how long it took us to figure out that one. You should be fine now, no matter where you live. Special thanks to Sarah for helping us track this problem down!

---- Bug fixes ----
• The reflections on Jigs sometimes glitched when spinning the Jigs around. Now they don't.
• If you loaded some Jigs twice you would see something... strange. Now you wont.
• In some rare (but very real!) cases, the device wouldn't be granted proper permission to use the camera, resulting in trippy looking effects. It will now politely ask you to enable it.

Jig Packs - In addition to the Jigs we're regularly releasing, you can now purchase Jig Packs: series of high quality Jigs around a common theme. We're starting off with humanity's greatest inventions! This first pack includes Jigs about the crystal radio, Hero's steam engine, the microwave oven, and more! There will be many more packs to follow: ancient Egypt, mission to Mars, incredible machines, greatest battles, etc.
