About Join - Medical Communication
Join is the hub for healthcare professionals and providers.
It simplifies communication and collaboration between clinicians and healthcare providers through its secure and compliant patient information sharing technology.
Join also enables clinicians to view high-resolution CT/MRI images via a DICOM viewer anywhere, reducing the need for them to switch between sites and helping speed up care delivery without sacrificing quality.
Join easily integrates into internal IT systems such as PACS and EMR*, enabling users to view and share EHR information*, various diagnostic images, laboratory data*, and prescriptions*.
* This feature is optional and currently limited to a few specific EMRs
Join is also certified as a software medical device by PMDA (Japan), FDA (United States), CE (European Economic Area), and ANVISA (Brazil).

New Clinical Cases Module
iOS v2.40.0 introduces a completely new clinical cases module with the following features
Case List: Improved list displays each case’s identifier information, main protocol, last event, and group and tenant information. You can see all the cases of the groups you belong to in the list. Various search and filter options are available.
Case Details: New clinical case view includes a case card at the top showing case information, group information and main protocol.
Protocols and Steps: Now, up to 15 protocols can be added simultaneously to a single case. Organizations can fully customize every protocol. Each protocol can include up to 25 steps (forms), and each step can have as many as 50 fields. Fields can be text, numeric, Yes/No, multiple options and date time.
Case Information section allows for entering additional demographic information into your cases. Available fields include identifier, gender, age, precedence, and referral institution, among others. There is a fixed set of fields that can be enabled or disabled per organization. Each organization can customize these fields from the Management Console (Settings - Case setting).
Tracking feature renders a location map of the selected case as usual. Tracking can only be started on mobile devices using Join.
Case Access allows users to share case information with up to 10 groups simultaneously. Revoke access can remove the visibility of a case from certain groups at any time. Additionally, a case can be transferred to a different group when you need to refer your case to another group of providers. Case Access features are only available to group administrators.
