About 50 Pullups workout BeStronger
The 50 pull-up training course is a program through which you can dynamically develop your strength and musculature. This is your personal pull-up trainer.
The 50 Pull-Ups app includes the following functionality:
- 11 training programs for different fitness levels
- quick stats (your current average pull-up level, current program, status and medals)
- You will not miss workout, the app has a reminder function
- warm up before and cool down after training
