Agentlytic One allows you to conduct inspections on your iPhone and skip bringing out paper and forms out in the field.
- Build your form in seconds with our array of inputs (Text, Paragraph, Yes/No/NA, Picture, Video, Timestamp, Options, Location, )
- Every time you want to do an inspection, just open the created form and start your inspection
- Works Offline: Do your inspection offline and without Internet connection
- Export the forms to your email via CSV, PDF and Word Doc for further processing
Available input types are
Text - Freeform textbox to enter any text information
Checklist - A predefined field with 3 options to enable you to create a checklist. Options are Yes, No and N/A
Images - Allows you to take a photo or attach from your library.
Location - Input a Address using a Map
Date and Time - The Date/Time allows you to collect date and time information in a consistent format.
Options - Create a list of options from which the user can select one
Signature - Use the touch screen to digitally sign a form
