This app is designed for parents, guardians and carers to get active, sing, dance and learn with their children as they play along with Action Amanda! Take Amanda with you, wherever you go, so your kids can be encouraged to move and have fun anytime and anywhere.
Amanda’s fitness and music concept is an ideal way for you to introduce young children to the benefits of being active, while they’re having fun. She guides them through physical development educational interactive activities that children can copy and sing-along to.
The 2 minute routines are ideally suited for you to do with children under 5 and there is an instruction section for you to follow to do with your children after each activity.
There are many benefits of keeping your children active, including:
• Feeling better about themselves
• Being more ready to learn in school and being more attentive
• Helps them to maintain a healthy weight
• Builds and keeps bones, muscles, and joints healthy
• Assists with sleeping better at night
