About Attack of the Nanites
IT'S ATTACK OF THE NANITES! READY! SET! CHOMP!
Chomp on as many energy dots as possible, accumulating the highest score
possible. The game is over when either you exit the game or lose all of your
lives.
GAME FEATURES:
- The game features a moving magnifier which makes it easier to see the
NANITES and other objects as they really look, but also obscures a small
area of the map near CHOMP, making short- to medium-range navigation more
difficult.
- Each time you enter Attack of the Nanites a new maze is created.
- As CHOMP (that's you) passes through the maze, it chomps down and empties
the energy pods. When a NANITE finds an empty energy pod it replaces it with
a full one.
- The Nanites roam around looking for CHOMP, if a NANITE finds a trail that
branches, it picks at random a branch to follow, giving CHOMP an extra
chance of losing his pursuer. If a NANITE crosses paths with CHOMP you lose
a life and get transported to another part of the maze.
ENERGY DOTS:
Each time CHOMP eats on an energy dot 10 points are added to your score.
SPECIAL OBJECTS:
Chomp on a special object to FREEZE the NANITES for 60 seconds, SHUT DOWN
the PORTALS for 60 seconds (so the NANITES can't transport around the maze),
or get an EXTRA LIFE.
