The cost of the renewal will match the initial subscription price.

- Print Subscription Integration. Subscribers to the print edition of Automobile Magazine can now access iPad issues for free. In the “Store” section of the app, tap on “Existing Print Subscriber” or “Sign In” to sign in as a print subscriber and enable free iPad issues.

- Bookmarks. Stories can be bookmarked so that you can easily return to a favorite article, even if that article is in a different issue than the one currently open.

- Progressive Downloads. Issue downloads are broken into small segments, enabling you to start reading the issue while it is still being downloaded in the background. If you select a story that is still being downloaded, that story will be given download priority, making it available for you as quickly as possible.

- Top Toolbar. There is a new toolbar along the top of the app that contains Forward/Backward buttons, a Table of Contents dropdown list, and Bookmarks.

- Push Notifications.
