About BEAKER by THIX
BEAKER ー 手のひらで化学実験ができるアプリ。
スマホが実験室のビーカーになります。するとスマホを持ったり、振ったり、熱したり、蓋をしたり、薬品を加えたり、AirMixからBEAKER間で注ぎ出したりすることができます。
スタート (薬品を長押しして)
- CaO + H2O
- K + H2O
- Na + H2O
- Al + Br2
点火する (指でスワイプして持って)
- Mg, C, Al (燃焼)
- H2 + O2 (爆破)
加熱する (マッチを擦るように右下からスワイプしてヒーターをオン):
- 茹で水 (H2O)
- 加熱する Fe + HNO3 (色変換)
振る (振って反応を促進)
- CuSO4 + H2O + Mg (色変換)
- AgNO3 + H2O + Cu
- AgNO3 + H2O + NaCl
AirMix* :
- Na >> Cl2 (燃焼)
- CH3COOH >> NaHCO3 + Blue (気泡)
- NaCl + H2O >> AgNO3 + H2O

- 25 ton (50000 lbs) of virtual solid chemical have been poured worldwide

- Litmus: pH indicator turns blue in alkaline and red in acid.
- Break Up: shake solids to break them into small particles.
- Flame Test: use Match on solid chemicals to indicate their metal ions
- Floatation: light solids (like Li) can float in high density liquids (like Blue)
