Reverted recent change to Wagers. Selected Wager is back, tap Bonus, Ante, or Blind to change selected wager. Tapping a chip now adds it to your selected wager.

Now when you win a Bonus Wager the odds are highlighted
Simplified wagering: Bonus Wager is a set amount each table, tap to add. Now tapping a chip automatically adds it to Ante/Blind.
