About Boon's Medewerker

Met deze app kunnen medewerkers van Boon’s Markt en MCD bestellingen klaarmaken die zijn geplaatst via de consumentenapp.

Wanneer een klant zijn of haar bestelling plaatst via de consumentenapp, komt deze automatisch in de medewerkersapp terecht. In de app wordt de bestelling opgepakt en in de winkel verzameld en klaargezet voor bezorging. In de app kan de status van de bestelling worden gewijzigd naar “in behandeling” of naar “staat klaar voor verzending”, hier krijgt de klant een melding van in de consumentenapp.

In de app is te zien wanneer de klant zijn bestelling heeft geplaatst en wanneer hij hem wil laten bezorgen. Wanneer de bestelling wordt opgepakt om bezorgd te worden bij de klant, wordt dit gemeld in de app.
Betalen
In de app is ook een betaalmogelijkheid opgenomen. De klant kan bij bezorging van zijn of haar bestelling betalen met pin.
