CentrePoint Sync

- Added fallback for connecting to monitor to Bluetooth to scan for the monitor when a direct mac address connection fails. This improves Bluetooth Connection reliability.

Fixed an issue that caused the app to not clear (initialize) the monitor.

1. Monitor memory cleared after successful uploads when monitor has collected 90 or more days of data. This will not occur on monitors with RAW data collection enabled
