Cholesterol Fat Table helps you to:
* figure out the cholesterol content in food
* improve your health
* find healthy recipes and food
* discover low cholesterol diets
* prevent heart diseases
The app consists of an easy to use table which shows the cholesterol content of more than 2500 groceries (most are contained in the free version. Some are only available via the Premium subscription).
Also the app has a database of more than 500 hundred recipes. Start cooking now (some vegan, some low carb, some suitable for interval fasting)
