Coditas Clap

The platform hosts 3 personas: Appreciator, Employee, and Admin; based on different permissions and access.

1. Login
The login screen will assist the user in authenticating only with Coditas credentials; upon successful login, the user will be redirected to their homepage; otherwise, an error message will appear.

2. Reward Points Management
-> The current reward point balance and the history of reward point transactions will both be accessible to the Appreciator, Employee, and Admin
-> The reward points criteria and the reward points gained against each one will be visible to the Appreciator, Employee, and Admin
-> When reward points are updated, both personas will be alerted by mail
3. Merchandise Management
-> The merchandise list and the number of reward points required to redeem each item will be visible to the Appreciator, Employee, and Admin
-> Upon having a sufficient reward points balance, the Appreciator, Employee, and Admin will be able to order merchandise of their choice
4. Sending recognitions
-> Any user with Appreciator /Admin persona will be able to send recognitions to fellow appreciators and employees as well against specific recognition category
5 .Interaction to post
-> All the users can interact with the posts in which an appreciator has recognized employee/s, through four react buttons - Like, Love, Celebrate and Fire
-> All the reactions to a specific post can be seen by any persona through the reaction table
6. Activities:
-> The list of all current and forthcoming events is shown to the user. On clicking the activity card, will redirect the user to the detailed page of the activity.
7. Points History:
User will get detailed information on points transactions.
8. Points Table:
-> The information on this page will assist users to understand how many points they may earn in addition to rewards.
9. Gift Points
-> Users have the option to give or gift their points to any of their coworkers.
