Covers 2.0 is here with new enhancements and some small fixes.

Enhancements:
- 500px integration gives you thousands of beautiful free images to use for cover designs
- Popular images for each Category make it faster to find the right cover image, or use search to find something new
- Optimization for iPhone 6 / 6 Plus assures a beautiful experience on your new device

Other small changes:
- Grey added to the color picker
- Design of the Covers Library tweaked
- Suggested colors added for categories
- A few bugs have been stomped
