- Fixed the issue of game crashing when plundering other players or view the replay of plundering;

Fixed following issues:
- Could not merge Thunderbolt flagship (Tiger will be used to upgrade it);
- Master Architect's Blueprint consumption was shown as 1 when upgrading modules over Lv.50 (should be 2);
- Flagship blueprint rewards under Legendary Quest were wrong;
- Resource output bonus from Governor was not displayed correctly;
- Rally point of co-attack didn't disappear after battle, hence some alliance members could not quit or be kicked out of their alliances;
- Could not recall/disband some certain fleets;
- Players can be attacked by a co-attack during protection period;

Optimization:
- Add a spam filter list for new role names and chat;
- Alliance leaders can choose between manually approve or auto approve (with a Might limit) other players.
